Hi. I am from southamerica. Currently I have contacted some recruiters that work for Dyncorps for construction jobs of military bases in Afghanistan. But I wonder why they are taking people from here? I am engineer, i am related to the construction business...but aren't the Army engineers in charge of that? why sending foreign civilians to a war zone? are there not enough unemployed people in America that can do the job right now? would some body give me some light in this matter please? Thank you!
